5.2 Microwave Use
- Only the glass containers are microwave safe. Remove the lid before placing the glass container in the microwave.
- Heat food to the desired temperature. Use caution when handling hot containers.
5.3 Freezer Use
- The glass containers are freezer safe. Ensure food is cooled before freezing.
- When freezing liquids, leave adequate headspace for expansion.
5.4 Using the Lunch Bag
- Place the sealed lunch containers inside the insulated lunch bag.
- Use the zipper closure to secure the bag.
- Adjust the shoulder strap for comfortable carrying.

6.1 Glass Containers and Lids
- Wash with soap and a soft sponge, or in the dishwasher.
