Check all audio connections between the transmitter and your audio source. Ensure volume levels on both the transmitter and source are adjusted appropriately. If using a digital optical connection, verify that your source device's audio output is set to a compatible format like PCM, as some systems do not support Bitstream/Dolby directly.
Identify the audio output on your TV (Analog 3.5mm/RCA or Digital Optical). Connect the corresponding cable from the TV's output to the transmitter's input. For optical connections, remove the protective caps from the cable before insertion.
Ensure the 3.5mm plug is fully inserted into the jack. If using a smartphone without a headphone jack, use a compatible official dongle (USB-C or Lightning) that supports microphone input. Also, check that the in-line mute switch is not active.
